About us
We have six locations across Ballarat and the western region. Outreach services and clinics are also provided at a range of locations throughout the Central Highlands. The primary emphasis in all service delivery is health promotion and illness prevention.
BCH is a public company limited by guarantee, registered under the Corporations Act 2001 and complies with all relevant legislation including the Health Records Act 2001, Australian Privacy Principles and the Fair Work Act 2009.
BCH is committed to providing accessible, affordable, quality services and is proud to be an accredited provider. Our services are accredited through Quality Improvement Performance Ltd (QIP) against the Quality in Care, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), National Mental Health, and Rainbow Tick (LGBTQIA+ inclusion) Standards. Our Doctors Clinics are accredited against the RACGP Standards through Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL). Our services also maintain alignment to other standards including Aged Care Quality, Social Services and Child Safe Standards.
